Leasing Professional – Alta Mile High

About the role

This role coordinates the community’s marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to meet occupancy, revenue and resident‑retention goals. The Leasing Professional guides prospects through tours, applications and move‑in, while maintaining resident satisfaction and managing lease renewals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, ensure they are ready, and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including resident referral, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Use property‑management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, and manage resident data.
• Maintain show‑unit quality by daily inspections, merchandising, and coordinating with maintenance.
• Support lease renewal by preparing renewal letters, contacting residents early, and ensuring timely signing.

Required profile

• Valid state leasing licenses and a driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance) and work in all weather conditions.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to respond promptly to resident and owner inquiries.
