About the role
The Leasing Manager will lead the leasing team for The Jackson community, driving revenue, occupancy and resident retention through effective marketing, sales and leasing strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
- Oversee on‑site traffic, maintain an inventory of ready‑to‑lease apartments, and set rent pricing and concessions.
- Monitor day‑to‑day sales and leasing activities, ensuring smooth operations and timely lease execution.
- Stay informed on market and competitor conditions, adjusting strategies to maintain optimal occupancy.
- Develop and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain community performance.
