Leasing Manager – South Shore

About the role

We are looking for a Leasing Manager to lead the South Shore community in Alameda, CA. The role is responsible for driving occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction through effective marketing, leasing and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

  • Direct all marketing, print and internet advertising efforts to attract prospective residents.
  • Oversee the leasing team, set rent pricing, concessions and ensure a ready inventory of apartments.
  • Monitor daily sales and leasing activities, manage on‑site traffic and achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with property management to support resident retention and overall community performance.
  • Maintain schedule Tuesday to Saturday, 9 am‑6 pm, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

  • 1–2 years of experience in leasing, property management or related real‑estate sales.
  • Proven ability to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
