About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to lead leasing activities for its West Edge community and other properties in the Seattle portfolio. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through effective marketing and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies, including print and online advertising, to attract prospective residents.
• Lead the leasing team, set performance targets, and monitor daily leasing activities.
• Manage community sales initiatives and collaborate with property management to meet occupancy goals.
• Oversee resident retention programs and ensure high levels of customer service.
• Analyze market trends and adjust leasing tactics to stay competitive.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leasing or property management, preferably in multifamily housing.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to meet revenue and occupancy targets.
