Leasing Manager – Residential Community

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Manager to lead the marketing, sales and leasing activities for our 465‑unit, mid‑rise community in Encasa. The role is responsible for driving revenue, occupancy and resident retention while overseeing the leasing team and coordinating with maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
• Set rent pricing, concessions and leasing incentives based on market and competitor analysis.
• Manage on‑site traffic, ensure a ready inventory of apartments and monitor day‑to‑day leasing activities.
• Develop and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing plans and creative strategies to boost traffic and leases.
• Utilize property management software to generate sales and leasing reports.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to maintain community appearance and safety standards.
• Inspect “ready” units regularly to ensure marketability.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of leasing or related real‑estate experience.
• Experience with Onesite and Snappt preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent customer service, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
