Leasing Manager – Portland/Vancouver Metro

About the role

The Floating Leasing Manager leads marketing, leasing and resident retention efforts for a multifamily community in the Portland/Vancouver Metro area, driving revenue and occupancy targets. This full‑time position oversees all aspects of community promotion, lease execution and team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Direct marketing, advertising and sales activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Develop and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, pricing strategies and leasing incentives.
• Create print and internet advertising campaigns and use property‑management software for reporting.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure ready units are market‑ready and visually appealing.
• Generate traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documentation and manage move‑in procedures.
• Analyze financial, traffic and closing reports to identify performance issues.
• Oversee lease renewal programs and resident communication.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner concerns.
• Hire, train and manage the leasing team, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• All state and local licenses/certifications required for leasing roles.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance) and work in all weather conditions.
