Leasing Manager (Multisite) – 3 Corners East, North & West

About the role

The Leasing Manager (Multisite) will lead marketing, sales and leasing activities for three Greystar communities – 3 Corners East, North and West – in Houston. The role focuses on achieving revenue, occupancy and resident‑retention targets while ensuring a high‑quality resident experience.

Key responsibilities

• Direct marketing, advertising and sales initiatives, set rent pricing, manage concessions and monitor daily leasing performance.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans based on market and competitor analysis.
• Create print and internet advertising strategies and use property‑management software to generate leasing reports.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure ready‑unit quality, conduct inspections and implement merchandising techniques.
• Participate actively in the leasing process: generate traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documents and oversee move‑in procedures.
• Analyze financial, traffic and closing‑ratio reports to identify performance issues and propose solutions.
• Oversee lease renewal programs, resident communication and move‑out assistance.
• Supervise, hire, train and evaluate leasing team members in line with company policies.

Required profile

• Must hold all state and local licenses or certifications required for leasing management.
• Valid driver’s license required to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, and respond to resident calls.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance) and work in all weather conditions.
