Leasing Manager – Mission Valley

About the role

The Leasing Manager will lead all marketing, advertising, sales, and leasing activities for a 310‑unit lease‑up community in Mission Valley. This full‑time onsite role focuses on achieving revenue, occupancy, resident retention, and leasing targets.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising, and set rent pricing and concessions to meet occupancy goals.
• Monitor on‑site traffic, maintain an inventory of “ready” apartments, and oversee day‑to‑day leasing operations.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including creative pricing and incentive strategies.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure unit presentation, create mini‑models, and use merchandising techniques.
• Participate actively in the leasing process: generate traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documents, and manage move‑in procedures.
• Analyze financial, traffic, and closing reports to identify performance issues and propose solutions.
• Oversee lease renewal programs and coordinate resident move‑out assistance.
• Supervise, hire, train, and evaluate leasing team members in line with company policies.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of leasing manager experience with lease‑up expertise.
• Valid driver’s license and any state or local licensing required for the role.
• Weekend availability (9 am‑6 pm) and flexibility to work evenings, holidays, and on‑call duties.
