About the role
Greystar is seeking a Leasing Manager for its Hollywood Park community in Inglewood, CA. You will lead marketing, advertising, and leasing activities to meet revenue, occupancy, and resident retention targets for a stabilized property of 314 units.
Key responsibilities
- Direct community marketing, print and online advertising, and sales initiatives.
- Manage the leasing team, oversee on‑site traffic, and ensure a ready inventory of apartments.
- Set rent pricing strategies and monitor market trends.
- Collaborate with operations to maintain resident satisfaction and retention.
- Track performance metrics and adjust tactics to achieve occupancy goals.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years experience as a Leasing Manager, preferably in luxury apartments.
- Proficiency with Yardi CRM, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
- Ability to work Tuesday‑Saturday, 9 am‑6 pm, with flexibility for business needs.
