About the role
The Leasing Manager for the Ethos community is a key leader responsible for driving revenue, occupancy, and resident satisfaction. You will oversee all marketing, advertising, and leasing activities while leading a high‑performing team.
Key responsibilities
- Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising to attract prospective residents.
- Manage sales activities and leasing team performance to meet revenue and occupancy targets.
- Implement resident retention strategies and ensure high levels of customer service.
- Coordinate with internal resources to achieve established leasing goals and objectives.
Required profile
- Proven experience in leasing management within multifamily or rental housing.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance.
- Customer‑service oriented mindset and ability to exceed resident expectations.
