Leasing Manager – Co/Relate West Adams Student Living

About the role

The Leasing Manager oversees marketing, advertising, sales activities, and the leasing team for the Co/Relate West Adams student‑living community. The role drives revenue, occupancy, resident retention, and overall leasing performance.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising, set rent pricing, concessions, and monitor daily leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, analyze market and competitor conditions, and implement creative pricing and incentive strategies.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure “ready” apartments meet standards, create mini‑models, and use merchandising techniques to enhance salability.
• Participate actively in the leasing process: generate traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documents, and manage move‑in procedures.
• Analyze financial, traffic, and closing reports to identify performance issues and present findings to owners and business managers.
• Oversee lease renewal programs, resident communications, and assist with move‑outs as needed.
• Supervise leasing team members: recruit, train, and manage performance in line with company policies.
