Leasing Manager – 610 West

About the role

The Leasing Manager will lead all marketing, advertising, sales and leasing activities for the 610 West community, driving revenue, occupancy and resident retention targets. This full‑time, onsite position reports directly to senior management and includes a $2,000 sign‑on bonus.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Oversee on‑site traffic, maintain an inventory of “ready” apartments, and set rent pricing and concessions.
• Monitor day‑to‑day sales and leasing activities, ensuring targets are met.
• Stay informed on market and competitor conditions that could affect performance.
• Develop and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Lead and coach leasing team members, coordinating resources to meet objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing leasing operations in multifamily or residential real‑estate.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent knowledge of local market trends and competitor activity.
• Ability to set pricing strategies and manage concessions effectively.
