Leasing Consultant – Lease‑Up

About the role

As a Leasing Consultant during the lease‑up phase at Everleigh Castle Pines, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through tours, applications and move‑in while supporting community events and resident retention.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals, including tours, applications, credit checks and lease signing.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, events, resident referral and employer outreach programs to drive traffic.
• Utilize property management software to track apartment availability, prospect data and generate reports.
• Maintain show‑unit quality by inspecting units, coordinating maintenance, and preparing the leasing office daily.
• Follow up with prospects and new residents within 24 hours to ensure satisfaction and finalize leasing decisions.
• Support lease renewal efforts by preparing renewal packages, contacting residents and processing signed documents.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner concerns, documenting issues and coordinating resolutions.
• Attend community and networking events to generate referrals and enhance the property’s market presence.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1‑3 years of relevant leasing or sales experience, preferably in a lease‑up environment.
• Valid driver’s license (required to operate a golf cart on the property).
• All state and local licenses or certifications required for leasing activities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI).
• Experience using internet marketing tools for advertising and lead generation.
• Competence in word processing and spreadsheet applications.
• Ability to work with database management programs for resident data.
