About the role
Greystar is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join its Avidor Minnetonka property team. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional living experience for prospective and current residents, from the first property tour through long‑term tenancy.
Key responsibilities
- Execute marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
- Conduct property tours, respond to inquiries, and guide prospects through the application process.
- Manage lease renewals and coordinate resident events to boost retention.
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activity and resident interactions.
- Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless resident experience.
Required profile
- Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
- Detail‑oriented with good organizational skills.
- Commitment to upholding Greystar’s brand standards and ethical practices.
