Leasing Consultant – Casella

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Consultant to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts for its Casella community. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through tours, applications, and move‑in while ensuring a high level of service and resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property tours, qualify prospects, and manage the full leasing cycle from application to lease signing.
• Collect and record resident information at move‑in and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing and occupancy strategies.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including events, referral programs, and employer outreach.
• Utilize the company CRM to track leads, analyze data, and support renewal initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Lifestyle Coordinator to enhance resident engagement and community events.
