Leasing Consultant – Apartment Community (McKinney, TX)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Leasing Consultant to be the first point of contact for prospective and current residents at our Bexley at WestRidge community in McKinney, TX. You will guide renters through the leasing process, provide exceptional customer service, and support the overall appearance and operations of the property.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective residents, conduct tours, and explain leasing options.
• Assist current residents with inquiries, maintenance requests, and community events.
• Handle administrative duties such as lease paperwork, resident records, and follow‑up communications.
• Maintain the property’s appearance by inspecting units, common areas, and ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with the leasing team to achieve occupancy goals and meet quarterly performance targets.
