The Lease-Up Maintenance Technician will support Greystar’s Shoreline community in Seattle, Washington. You will join a high‑performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional resident experiences while ensuring the property meets Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Perform technical and mechanical work to maintain buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas.
• Ensure the property meets standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.
• Complete resident service requests and repairs.

Required profile

• Experienced in lease‑up or property maintenance.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment.
