Lease-up Community Manager

About the role

The Lease-up Community Manager is responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day operations of the Alexan Woodinville property, ensuring financial performance, resident satisfaction, and compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the property to achieve budgeted financial and operational goals.
• Control expenditures, approve invoices, and ensure compliance with budget constraints.
• Oversee lease enforcement, including approving applications, discounts, renewals, and handling evictions.
• Supervise property staff, handling hiring, training, performance management, and scheduling.
• Maintain client/owner relationships by providing performance updates and responding to requests.
• Analyze market trends and implement leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 4‑6 years of property management experience, preferably in lease‑up environments.
• Proven supervisory abilities to hire, train, and evaluate team members.
• Strong financial acumen with experience creating and adhering to budgets and fiscal reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate or related field preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using Yardi, OneSite, and/or Entrata property‑management software.
• Competence in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management tools.
