Infosys is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to partner closely with business leaders and shape hiring strategies for high‑growth, future‑ready technologies. This mid‑level individual contributor role offers strong visibility, hands‑on ownership, and clear career progression within the global Talent Acquisition team.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business and delivery leaders to design and execute recruitment strategies aligned to current and future demand.
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from workforce planning and sourcing to offer management and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for niche and evolving skill sets.
• Leverage market insights, competitive benchmarking, and hiring trends to guide decision‑making.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by identifying talent gaps and proposing proactive solutions.
• Use data and analytics to track hiring performance, identify trends, and continuously improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment standards, EEO guidelines, and local labor laws.
• Collaborate with vendors and external partners to strengthen sourcing outcomes.
• Represent Infosys as an employer of choice through professional candidate interactions and branding initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent (or equivalent work experience).
• 6–8 years of recruitment experience for non‑engineering candidates.
• 3–5 years of recruitment experience for master’s‑level candidates.
• Strong understanding of technology hiring across digital, infrastructure, and application development areas.
• Advanced Excel skills for reporting, analysis, and tracking.
• Hands‑on, end‑to‑end recruitment experience and ability to manage multiple global stakeholders.
• Proven expertise in sourcing and hiring for emerging and niche skill sets such as AI, GenAI, and data.
