Lead Stylist – Retail Store

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Lead Stylist to elevate the in‑store experience at our Gretna, NE location. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will coach and model best‑in‑class customer service, sales, and visual merchandising while embodying the brand’s heritage of originality and integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales performance by coaching team members on selling techniques and product knowledge.
• Maintain operational excellence by ensuring merchandise is stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
• Deliver a positive, inclusive shopping experience for all customers.
• Support store operations, including opening/closing duties, inventory handling, and visual merchandising.
• Act as a key holder and assist with training and development of staff.

Required profile

• Must be 18 years or older with reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Consistently meets or exceeds sales and performance goals.
• Adheres to all Levi’s® store policies and follows management directives.
