Lead Stylist (Part‑Time) – Retail Store

About the role

Levi's is seeking a part‑time Lead Stylist to deliver an exceptional shopping experience at the King of Prussia Mall location. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will model and coach associates while ensuring customers receive personalized service and brand‑consistent styling.

Key responsibilities

• Model and coach store staff on Levi's selling practices, visual merchandising, and customer service standards.
• Support the leadership team in driving sales, managing product flow to the floor, and maintaining operational excellence.
• Assist with visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and store upkeep, including ladder work and heavy lifting up to 40 lb.
• Help create a positive, engaging shopping environment that reflects Levi's brand values.

Required profile

• Adheres to all Levi's store policies, procedures, and directives.
• Consistently meets or exceeds individual and store sales goals.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 years or older.
