About the role

The Lead Stylist (Key Holder) at Levi’s Washington Square Mall is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and visual merchandising standards. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will model best practices, coach teammates, and ensure smooth store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and personalized styling advice.
• Coach and train team members on Levi’s selling practices and visual standards.
• Support store leadership in achieving sales targets and maximizing sales opportunities.
• Maintain product flow to the floor, handle inventory, and execute visual merchandising.
• Uphold store policies, safety procedures, and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Must comply with all Levi’s store policies and procedures.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and legal age of 18 years or older.
