Lead Stylist

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Lead Stylist for its Garden City store. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will shape the customer experience by blending fashion expertise with strong sales and merchandising skills.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver authentic, customer‑focused service that drives sales and meets performance targets.
• Coach and train team members on selling behaviors, product knowledge, and visual merchandising.
• Support store operations, including getting products to the floor, maintaining visual standards, and handling inventory.
• Assist leadership in maximizing sales opportunities and executing key initiatives.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 lb, moving merchandise, kneeling, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.

Required profile

• Consumer‑centric, open‑minded, and proactive attitude.
• Passion for fashion and alignment with Levi’s brand heritage.
• Ability to comply with all Levi’s store policies and procedures.
• Must be 18 years or older with reliable transportation.
• Consistently meets or exceeds individual and store sales goals.
