Lead SAP PP/QM Consultant (Remote, US)

About the role

Infosys is looking for a Lead SAP PP/QM Consultant to join its US delivery team. The role is fully remote (anywhere in the United States) and involves partnering with business and functional teams to design and implement SAP Production Planning and Quality Management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users to interpret requirements and translate them into SAP designs and specifications.
• Lead or contribute to projects in capacities such as project manager, business analyst, technical lead, or individual contributor.
• Support all testing phases, including test case creation, data management, and issue resolution.
• Provide Level 3 production support, coordinate enhancements, and deliver training and documentation.
• Perform analysis, task estimation, and apply lean principles for process improvement.
• Coordinate across on‑shore and off‑shore technical teams and communicate effectively with non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent (or three years of progressive experience per year of education).
• Minimum 7 years of IT experience, with strong exposure to SAP PP/QM.
• U.S. citizenship or Permanent Resident status (required for handling IL4 data).
• Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.

Required skills

• SAP PP (Production Planning) module.
• SAP ECC 6.0 and SAP S/4HANA platforms.
• Functional SAP expertise in manufacturing, procurement, and supply‑chain processes.
• Level 3 production support and issue‑resolution capabilities.
