Lead Product Manager, AI Technology

About the role

Zynga is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own execution of its internal AI operating platform. The role drives the end‑to‑end process that turns AI requests into shipped capabilities, partnering closely with engineering and product leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Drive day‑to‑day execution of the AI platform roadmap, from specification through release and post‑launch iteration.
• Build and run intake and triage processes for studio requests, feature ideas, bugs, and integration asks.
• Conduct technical landscape research, stakeholder discovery, and feasibility assessments, turning findings into actionable write‑ups.
• Own the measurement framework for usage, adoption, and performance, establishing reporting cadence and early‑warning mechanisms.
• Write detailed, technically grounded specs for cross‑surface features and make trade‑off decisions when priorities conflict.
• Act as the primary product liaison for engineering, unblocking work and escalating issues as needed.

Required profile

• 6+ years of end‑to‑end product management experience leading complex, technical, multi‑team initiatives.
• Deep technical fluency and proven ability to partner with engineering on specs, APIs, and system constraints.
• Hands‑on AI/ML experience with LLMs, agents, RAG, and automation tools.
• Strong operational rigor designing structured intake/triage processes and managing competing priorities.
• Data‑driven decision making with experience defining metrics, analyzing SQL data, and measuring impact.

Required skills

• AI/ML expertise (LLMs, agents, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation, automation).
• SQL for data analysis and reporting.
• API design and integration knowledge.
