Lead Product Manager – AI Developer Platform

About the role

We are looking for a foundational hire to lead our company‑wide AI transformation. The Lead Product Manager will own the developer platform that powers our agentic engineering stack and will partner with product, design, data, and TPM teams to embed AI across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Own the unified agentic enablement roadmap, aligning AI workstreams into a cohesive, sequenced plan and making trade‑offs visible to leadership.
• Serve as product owner for the internal app and agent platforms, defining strategy for the internal app platform, plugin marketplace, and agent runtime.
• Translate functional needs into platform requirements and ensure the platform delivers value to every function.
• Drive cross‑functional commitments, keep shared infrastructure moving in lockstep, and surface seams before they fragment.
• Define and report on adoption metrics such as throughput, time recovered, evaluation quality, and overall impact.

Required profile

• 7+ years of product management experience, especially with developer tooling, AI platforms, or internal productivity tools.
• Proven ability to own ambiguous, cross‑functional products end‑to‑end without a pre‑existing playbook.
• Hands‑on experience shipping products that use modern AI/LLM primitives (prompting, evals, tool use, agentic workflows, plugins).
• Strong technical fluency to discuss system design, API trade‑offs, evaluation methodology, and agent architectures with engineers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to move between deep technical discussions and executive narratives.
