Lead Infrastructure Finance Professional

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to lead the underwriting, structuring, and execution of our deal pipeline. The focus will be on utility‑scale renewable energy, energy storage, and digital infrastructure projects that power the electric age. You will play a decisive role in shaping Comity’s growth and market positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain complex financial models that underpin each transaction, supporting underwriting decisions and risk assessment.
• Conduct thorough due diligence across financial, technical, legal, and environmental dimensions of every deal.
• Drive transaction execution through structuring, negotiation, and documentation to achieve successful closings.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and counterparties, cultivating durable relationships and positioning our solutions in the market.
• Monitor market developments in power and infrastructure finance and integrate insights into pricing and structuring strategies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in project finance, investment banking, private equity, or infrastructure investing within renewable energy or digital infrastructure.
• Relentless problem‑solver who thrives on complex financial challenges and can devise creative solutions.
• Deeply analytical with expert-level financial modeling skills and a strong grasp of downside scenarios, risk allocation, and structural mitigants.
• Passionate about building the financial platform for the electric age and eager to develop new tools and approaches.
• Strong communicator with executive presence, able to explain complex concepts clearly and engage senior counterparties.
• Technology‑forward mindset, comfortable leveraging AI‑driven risk assessment tools to enhance underwriting judgment.
