Lead GTM Recruiter

About the role

As a Lead GTM Recruiter at Candid Health, you’ll work directly with the CCO and senior leadership to build and scale the Sales and Marketing organization, defining best‑in‑class GTM recruiting as the company continues hyper‑growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end GTM recruiting outcomes, leading full‑cycle hiring for Sales, Marketing, enablement, solutions, ops, and senior VP/director roles.
• Partner with the CCO and GTM teams to understand talent needs and develop recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Build sophisticated top‑of‑funnel and evergreen pipeline strategies to attract high‑caliber talent in competitive markets.
• Identify and streamline recruitment processes, driving initiatives to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate quality.
• Ensure a seamless, positive candidate experience from sourcing through offer extension.
• Coach and support team members to scale internal recruiting practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, scaling GTM and Marketing teams in high‑growth environments.
• Thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, moves with urgency, and creates structure in evolving settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; builds high‑trust relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Data‑oriented and operationally rigorous; tracks funnel metrics to manage expectations and diagnose problems.
