Lead Graphic Designer

About the role

Revel is seeking a Lead Graphic Designer to shape its brand identity and guide a growing design team. This senior position blends strategic vision, people management, and hands‑on design work across digital, print, and physical media.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and advocate for the graphic design team, establishing creative workflows and running design critiques.
• Define and evolve Revel’s visual brand strategy, translating complex technical concepts into trusted visuals.
• Execute high‑visibility design assets yourself when needed, covering web, print, interactive media, apparel, swag, and event spaces.
• Collaborate with product designers and engineers to ensure a unified user experience across software and brand touchpoints.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in graphic, visual, or UX/UI design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating cohesive corporate brand systems, expert typography, and the ability to simplify complex technical ideas.
• Experience in technical or engineering‑focused environments such as B2B SaaS, robotics, aerospace, or advanced manufacturing.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma for collaborative brand design and design systems.
• Deep expertise in layout, hierarchy, and typography.
• Ability to review, edit, and improve the creative work of others.
