Lead Delivery Driver

About the role

Misfits Market is looking for a Lead Delivery Driver to be the front‑line liaison between our fulfillment centers and customers. You will ensure that grocery boxes arrive at the right address, within the scheduled window, and in perfect condition while representing our brand with a positive, safety‑first attitude.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver customer boxes to the correct address and time window.
• Maintain the condition of all items during transport.
• Comply with all Department of Transportation (DOT) and company safety standards, including seat‑belt use.
• Follow route plans and delivery schedules efficiently.
• Provide courteous, customer‑focused service on each stop.

Required profile

• Positive attitude and strong customer focus.
• Safety‑first mindset and adherence to DOT regulations.
• Reliability and punctuality for a Tuesday‑Friday schedule.

Required skills

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of DOT safety standards.
• Ability to operate a delivery vehicle safely and efficiently.
