Lead Analytics Consultant

About the role

Kraken is seeking a Lead Analytics Consultant to work directly with its clients, helping them build modern data and analytics capabilities that drive the clean‑energy transition. This hybrid position blends coaching, hands‑on practice, and translation of client needs into actionable product requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Guide clients in redesigning critical reporting and analytics using Kraken data.
• Coach client teams on best‑practice analytics roles, tools, and processes.
• Provide occasional hands‑on SQL or BI demonstrations to unblock challenges.
• Translate client requirements into clear inputs for Kraken product and engineering teams.
• Train Kraken’s broader delivery team on effective data questioning and impact‑driven analysis.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Proven ability to lead high‑performing analytics or data teams.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Passion for client‑facing work and the clean‑energy sector (energy experience optional).
