About the role

Element Turf & Outdoor Solutions, LLC is seeking a motivated Landscape Technician Crew Lead to oversee daily landscaping operations for commercial and residential clients. This seasonal, full‑time position involves managing a crew, ensuring equipment readiness, and delivering high‑quality landscape services in all weather conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage maintenance and upkeep of all assigned equipment and vehicles.
• Ensure the truck is stocked and prepared for each workday.
• Lead the assigned crew, train new members, and coordinate daily workflow.
• Communicate effectively with managers regarding crew performance, property needs, and equipment issues.
• Oversee job completion to ensure tasks are performed correctly and on schedule.
• Maintain a safe workspace and enforce safety policies for all crew members.

Required profile

• Clean driving record and valid Driver's License.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Experience in the landscaping field.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Required skills

• Mowing and trimming.
• Landscape and hardscape installation.
• Operating equipment such as aerators and fertilizer spreaders.
• Tree and shrub pruning.
