Landscape Crew Leader – Maintenance

About the role

The Crew Leader, Landscape is a hands‑on supervisory position responsible for leading a crew that provides high‑quality maintenance services to commercial client properties across Tampa.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily crew activities, conduct pre‑shift meetings, and ensure routes are completed safely and efficiently.
• Track time, job codes, service notes, photos and materials in the Aspire system and resolve any reporting discrepancies.
• Operate company vehicles and landscaping equipment, perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections, and manage loading and unloading of tools.
• Perform hands‑on maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, pruning and debris removal while maintaining property cleanliness.
• Enforce safety standards, PPE compliance and promote a culture of teamwork and accountability.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of landscape maintenance experience, with prior crew‑lead or senior crew experience preferred.
• At least 18 years old, legally authorized to work in the United States and possess a valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in extreme weather conditions.

Required skills

• Operation of landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, edgers).
• Use of mobile devices or tablets for time and production tracking in Aspire.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with clean driving record.
