About the role
The Visual Perception & Plasticity Lab at Georgetown University Medical Center is seeking a full‑time Lab Technician to support neuroscience research on neuroplasticity in stroke, epilepsy, and healthy populations.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate research involving stroke patients, epilepsy patients, and healthy volunteers.
- Assist with experimental design, programming, experiment setup, and data analysis.
- Conduct behavioral, fMRI, and non‑invasive brain‑stimulation experiments with stroke and epilepsy patients as well as healthy participants.
- Oversee day‑to‑day laboratory operations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field.
