Korean Bilingual Business Analyst – B2B Service Planning & Process Improvement

About the role

The Business Analyst will support B2B service planning and administrative functions for a global industry leader. Working closely with cross‑functional teams and senior leadership, the role focuses on process improvement, strategic reporting, and seamless project execution. Bilingual English/Korean communication is essential for coordination with headquarters in Korea.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and execute administrative tasks related to service plans, project progress, and key discussions to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Generate reports, develop PowerPoint presentations, and document meeting notes to support project management activities.
• Collaborate across departments to enhance B2B customer satisfaction and align processes with stakeholder expectations.
• Prepare strategic reports for senior leadership and the Global HQ office in Korea, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Identify and implement process improvements by leveraging customer feedback and strategic thinking.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in administrative support, project management, and cross‑functional collaboration with a focus on B2B service planning.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean with advanced reading and writing skills.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
• Experience with Smartsheet (preferred).
