Key Carrier / Coordinator

About the role

The Key Carrier/Coordinator supports store operations by alternating between Coordinator duties and occasional Key Carrier leadership responsibilities. This position ensures smooth daily activities, exceptional customer service, and adherence to company policies across all store areas.

Key responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty, following company policies and procedures.
• Prioritize tasks and ensure the store team follows the store plan.
• Address immediate customer service issues and coach associates.
• Maintain accurate associate coverage and enforce operational procedures.
• Execute opening and closing procedures according to guidelines.
• Communicate priorities and progress updates to management and associates.
• Provide feedback, recognition, and coaching to team members.
• Partner with management on associate training needs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and safety standards.
• Support credit, loyalty programs, and shrink‑reduction initiatives.

Required profile

• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
• Team player who works well with peers and supervisors.
• Ability to adapt to changing directions and unexpected situations.
• Strong problem‑solving and multi‑tasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• At least 1 year retail experience and 6 months in a leadership role.
