Key Account Representative – Regional

About the role

The Regional Key Account Representative will manage and grow adidas' assigned key accounts across the region. You will act as the primary liaison, presenting adidas products, driving sales performance, and ensuring profitable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with adidas brand and category objectives.
• Drive top‑line and bottom‑line results using retail math and business acumen.
• Lead sell‑in and sell‑through activities in collaboration with marketing and retail activation teams.
• Maintain accurate quarterly forecasts and track order fulfillment from point of sale to shipment.
• Manage credit claims, freight issues, charge‑backs, and compliance matters.
• Build and sustain strong, respectful relationships with account stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, and Product Merchandising.

• Skilled negotiator capable of handling tough situations with internal and external partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse business settings.
