Key Account Manager – Mobile Surgery (South Florida)

About the role
The Mobile Surgery Key Account Manager (MoS KAM) will serve as the primary contact for Mobile Surgery decision‑makers inside and outside hospitals across South Florida. The role focuses on selling Mobile Surgery C‑Arms and related services, identifying and closing opportunities in Philips‑installed, competitive, and new‑construction operating rooms.
Key responsibilities
- Establish territory growth plans and strategic initiatives, translating them into clear objectives and measurable targets while leveraging deep knowledge of the competitive landscape.
- Document and analyze the territory install base, develop and execute comprehensive engagement plans for all assigned accounts, including competitive “breakthrough” accounts.
- Drive the sales process by identifying compelling customer events, engaging key stakeholders, building internal champions, conducting C‑Arm demonstrations, and escalating opportunities as needed.
- Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with external and internal stakeholders, delivering customer‑centric solutions based on identified needs and pain points.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Cardiovascular Fixed System, Interventional Guided Therapy Devices, Cardiovascular Ultrasound, Enterprise Diagnostic Informatics, Precision Diagnosis, Connected Care, and other Philips teams to achieve integrated account success.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 + years of hospital‑based sales experience, preferably with direct operating‑room engagement and capital equipment sales.
- Proven solution‑selling and execution skills in a complex, team‑selling environment.
- Ability to meet the physical, cognitive and environmental requirements of the role, with or without accommodation.
- Highly engaging, charismatic, self‑motivated top performer.
