Key Account Manager – Cardiac & Vascular Image Guided Therapy

About the role

As the Cardiac & Vascular Key Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for customer service line leaders in cardiovascular, surgery and operating‑room departments. You will manage core products such as Image Guided Therapy (IGT), mobile surgery C‑Arms and related services while collaborating with cross‑functional teams across Philips.

Key responsibilities

• Establish territory growth plans, strategic initiatives and translate them into clear objectives and targets.
• Develop and continuously refine business strategy for key accounts to achieve sales targets.
• Document territory install base, create segment strategies and address breakthrough competitive accounts.
• Drive the sales process by uncovering customer events, engaging stakeholders and aligning with the buying journey.
• Maintain strong knowledge of the competitive landscape and position Philips solutions effectively.

Required profile

• 5+ years of Medical Capital Sales experience (required).
• Deep knowledge of the cardiovascular product portfolio.
• BS/BA degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Proven solution‑selling and execution skills in a complex, team‑selling environment.
• Residency within commuting distance to Pittsburgh with ability to travel overnight up to 25%.
