Junior Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Project Manager to join our growing team. This entry‑level position offers full training, mentorship and the chance to work on both internal and client‑facing projects from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling and coordinating project activities.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, meeting minutes and status updates.
• Support senior project managers in monitoring progress, risks and issues.
• Communicate with internal teams, clients and stakeholders.
• Help track budgets, timelines and deliverables.
• Contribute to process improvements and project governance activities.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Management or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
• Keen attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Proactive, positive approach to problem‑solving.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Familiarity with project tools such as Jira, Trello or MS Project (optional).
