About the role
GoPro Interiors is looking for an organized and reliable Junior Office Coordinator to keep the front office, showroom and daily operations running smoothly. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates with some office or customer‑service experience who thrive on structure, accuracy and supporting a team.
Key responsibilities
- Greet visitors, clients and vendors; answer phones and manage email correspondence.
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems; keep office equipment, common areas and showroom presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and manage meeting notes, minutes and internal memos.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings and calendar needs across departments.
- Liaise with vendors and assist with basic coordination tasks.
- Perform accurate data entry, database maintenance and provide administrative support to various departments.
Required profile
- Highly organized, consistent and dependable.
- Calm and level‑headed under pressure.
- Detail‑oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Comfortable following established systems and processes.
- Helpful, supportive and team‑focused.
- Friendly, professional and respectful in all communications.
Required skills
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word.
- Experience using Google Sheets.
- Effective email communication.
- Accurate data entry.
- Basic database maintenance.
