Junior Data Analyst

About the role

Arsenault is seeking a motivated Junior Data Analyst to work remotely while collaborating with its New York headquarters. This entry‑level position offers the chance to develop data analysis expertise in a fast‑growing mental‑health technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns and insights.
• Cleanse, transform, and prepare data for reporting.
• Write and optimise SQL scripts, including stored procedures and ad‑hoc queries.
• Create and maintain live dashboards for operational and executive teams.
• Develop reports and visualisations to communicate findings.
• Support ad‑hoc business analysis and assist with ETL processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand data needs.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.

Required profile

• Willingness to learn and receive on‑the‑job training.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Ability to focus deeply and deliver consistent results.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SQL, including stored procedures and ad‑hoc queries.
• Basic knowledge of Excel.
• Experience with data visualization tools.
