Junior Consumer Support Navigator – Part-Time

About the role

Veeva Ostro is looking for a Junior Consumer Support Navigator to join its fast‑growing AI‑driven team. In this part‑time position you will handle inbound and outbound web‑chat and phone interactions with consumers in the life‑sciences sector, supporting patients and customers while following strict client guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming web‑chat and telephone consumer inquiries professionally, using approved FAQ documents.
• Initiate outbound web‑chats to follow up on consumer needs.
• Document all interactions in the Ostro database and record relevant information.
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the Nurse Navigator Manager.
• Complete required compliance training and adhere to departmental standards.

Required profile

• Active LPN licensure.
• Availability for 20+ hours per week, including evenings until 8 pm EST, Monday‑Friday.
• Residency in one of the specified U.S. states.
• At least 1 year of call‑center experience in life sciences, healthcare or patient support (preferred).
• Excellent verbal, written and listening skills, strong organization and multitasking abilities.

Required skills

• Google Drive Platform experience.

What we offer

• Base pay ranging from $22 to $28 per hour.
• Potential eligibility for variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
