Junior Business Sales Engineer

About the role

Join DOCOMO PACIFIC as a Junior Business Sales Engineer, supporting the Business Sales Engineering team with deployment, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of technical solutions for business customers across Guam.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, test, and verify GPS fleet tracking devices.
• Safely dismantle and reassemble vehicle dashboards and interior panels.
• Perform basic 12V automotive electrical wiring for GPS installations.
• Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting of GPS hardware.
• Support customers with GPS platform functionality and system navigation.
• Assist with deployment and support of hosted and on‑premises PBX systems, including SIP, VoIP, and analog connections.
• Install and support customer premises equipment (CPE), switches, routers, and cabling.
• Conduct site assessments, gather technical requirements, and accurately document installations and service activity.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Technical or vocational training preferred.
• 1–2 years of relevant technical or field experience (telecommunications, IT support, automotive electrical, or field technician work) preferred.
• Basic knowledge of GPS systems, PBX, SIP, VoIP, or telecommunications concepts is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.
