Junior Accountant (Entry-Level)

About the role

OPUS Beauty, a fast‑growing creative agency in Hollywood, is seeking a Junior Accountant to support its finance operations. This entry‑level position offers the chance to develop accounting skills in a dynamic, creative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process daily invoices, transactions, and expense entries.
• Handle administrative accounting tasks such as artist timecards and vendor forms.
• Maintain and update the accounting database with accurate records and reports.
• Assist with accounts receivable and payable, including follow‑up on past‑due invoices.
• Collaborate with the Senior Accountant to support month‑end closing processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field (or near completion).
• 1–2 years of relevant experience; internships are welcome.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.

Required skills

• Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
