Java RHPAM Developer – Richardson, TX

About the role

The Java RHPAM Developer will join Infosys' Engineering unit in Richardson, Texas, working as a Technology Consultant 2. The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining business process applications using Java, Spring and Red Hat Process Automation Manager (RHPAM) within the telecom OSS/BSS domain.

Key responsibilities

• Document and refine business requirements as part of the elicitation process.
• Facilitate design discussions, capture design decisions and guide the technical team.
• Develop new features and integrate updates into existing Java applications while ensuring system stability.
• Perform code reviews, manage code repositories and implement changes.
• Define and execute test strategies, analyze results and coordinate bug fixes.
• Create user training materials, documentation and support frameworks for smooth transitions.
• Participate in production issue resolution and propose preventive measures.
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques and support activities.
