Java FullStack Architect – Tampa, FL

About the role

The Infosys Engineering unit is seeking a Java FullStack Architect to join its Tampa, FL team. In this role you will shape solution architecture for telecom and OSS/BSS projects, leveraging modern Java, container, and streaming technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to gather and analyse system requirements focusing on performance, security and scalability.
• Define and document solution architectures, contribute to enterprise architecture frameworks and create design artifacts.
• Evaluate market technologies, perform comparative analyses and recommend optimal architectural options aligned with business needs.
• Develop integration strategies and validate proof‑of‑concepts for proposed solutions.
• Support knowledge transfer, ensure quality standards, and contribute to build and deployment automation.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex technical issues during build, deployment and support phases.
• Monitor system performance, identify risks and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering scalable, secure architectures for enterprise applications.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess multiple technologies and frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and cross‑functional teams.
• Background in telecom, network inventory planning or OSS/BSS domains is a plus.

Required skills

• Java development and full‑stack design.
