About the role

Infosys is seeking a Java Developer to join its Enterprise Application Integration Services (EAIS) team in Jacksonville, Florida. The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining Java‑based solutions that integrate business applications using modern technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements and contribute to the elicitation process.
• Participate in software design discussions, capture design decisions, and guide the technical team.
• Develop new features and enhance existing applications using Java and Spring Boot while ensuring system stability.
• Perform code reviews, manage code repositories, and implement test strategies.
• Analyze test results, coordinate bug fixes, and uphold software quality standards.
• Create user training materials, documentation, and support frameworks for smooth application roll‑out.
• Assist in resolving production issues and propose preventive measures to improve reliability.
• Maintain comprehensive records of code changes, testing procedures, and support activities.

Required profile
