Java Developer III – Machine Control Software

About the role

As a Java Developer III you will design and maintain machine‑control software that powers advanced semiconductor and display equipment. You will work in cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enable customers to push the boundaries of technology.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Machine Control software applications using Java.
• Collaborate with systems and application engineers to integrate software solutions into equipment.
• Communicate development status and delays proactively.
• Implement and manage microservices architecture for scalability and efficiency.
• Interface with internal and external customers for requirement analysis, specification, development, testing, and support.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Java programming.
• Experience with microservice architecture and related technologies.
• Strong computer‑science fundamentals including object‑oriented design, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Team‑player mindset motivated by collective success.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field with 8+ years of experience.
