Key responsibilities

• Document and contribute to business requirements during the elicitation phase.
• Facilitate design discussions, capture decisions, and guide the technical team in building robust software solutions.
• Develop new features and integrate updates into existing Java applications while ensuring system stability.
• Perform code reviews, modify the codebase, and maintain version‑control repositories.
• Design and execute test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug‑fixes to uphold quality standards.
• Create user training materials, documentation, and support frameworks for smooth application roll‑outs.
• Participate in production issue resolution and propose preventive measures to improve reliability.
• Maintain comprehensive records of code changes, testing techniques, and support activities for knowledge‑base enrichment.
